This is the first post on the Solandrix blog, so it makes sense to start with who we are and why we founded this company. We started with one conviction: the best technology solutions come from truly understanding the business behind them. That is why, before we talk about technology or features, we focus on each company’s goals, challenges and opportunities. We build long-term partnerships and stay involved beyond launch, so the solutions we deliver create real value and support the business as it grows.

Two founders, one method

Dragoș and Lorelai founded Solandrix from two complementary angles of the same goal: building technology solutions that create real value for the organizations that use them.

Dragoș brings eleven years of enterprise delivery experience: custom software, IT operations and cloud migrations, backed by expertise in software architecture, systems integration, application modernization and leading technical teams.

Lorelai brings the client and business perspective, turning an organization’s objectives into clear requirements for the technical team and keeping the focus on the value a solution creates after launch.

Solandrix runs on one simple principle: every decision gets made with an eye on impact, sustainability and long-term results.

Product development, built around the business it serves

We help companies design and build the products their business actually needs: custom software where a standard product would need too many workarounds, and improvements to systems already in production. We map the workflow before we design anything, because a requirement written against how work happens is a stronger foundation than one written against a feature list.

Operations that run on less manual work

We help companies make their existing operations faster: connecting systems that already hold the data but never talk to each other, automating the steps that follow the same rule every time, and using AI to support work that involves language, documents or pattern-heavy tasks - always reviewed by a person, never left to run unsupervised.
